Terms
Terms of service
Effective June 2, 2026
Plain-English terms for using this website. Nothing buried, nothing tricky. By using anchorbyretentio.com, you agree to what is here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
This website is operated by Retentio Group Inc., an American corporation that builds and runs Anchor by Retentio. “We,” “us,” and “Anchor” mean Retentio Group Inc. “You” means anyone who uses the site.
What this site is
Right now, anchorbyretentio.com is an informational website about Anchor, which is in its pre-launch build. The site exists to explain what Anchor is and to let you book a call with us.
Booking a call is not a contract, and it does not commit you to anything. If and when your organization becomes an Anchor customer, that relationship is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.
Your privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and the choices you have. By using the site, you agree to both these terms and that policy.
Using the site
You can read, share, and link to this site freely. In return, a few reasonable limits:
- Do not break, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
- Do not scrape or copy the site’s content at scale, or use it to train models or build a competing product.
- Do not use the site to do anything unlawful, or to infringe someone else’s rights.
What belongs to us
The site and almost everything on it, the words, the design, the brand names Anchor, Retentio, and Pneuma, the seal and logos, and the way it all fits together, belong to Retentio Group Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or adapt them without our written permission, except for normal personal use like sharing a link.
The content is information, not advice
What you read here is meant to inform, not to serve as legal, HR, clinical, or other professional advice. Anchor helps managers think about retention. It does not replace the judgment of the people doing the work, or the advice of a qualified professional where you need one.
Other services we link to
When you book a call, you use our scheduling provider, and the site may link to other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
The site is provided as is
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Because Anchor is pre-launch, things may change, and we may add, change, or remove parts of the site at any time. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Retentio Group Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Where some liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site, which for this informational site is zero.
Standing behind your use
If your use of the site causes a claim against us, for example because you misused it or broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur as a result, to the extent the law allows.
If part of these terms doesn’t hold up
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is limited or removed only as far as needed, and the rest stays in full effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Anchor grows. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that is not resolved directly will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you agree to that, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
